Senior Software Engineer

We’re rethinking back-office operations with clean, intuitive interfaces built for clarity, control, and automation. Our team is in stealth mode and comes from X-Meta, Uber, Google, and Microsoft.

Role Description We’re looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who loves building modern interfaces, sweats the details, and wants to move fast in a high-impact environment. You’ll work across React and Node.js to ship features end to end, from UI to API to infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Lead the build-out of a compliance AI platform from early traction to production scale.
• Earn meaningful early-team equity with long-term ownership upside.
• Work on AI-driven automation, structured regulatory data, and real-world workflows, not demos.
• Shape the technical architecture, product quality, and engineering culture from the ground up.
• Partner directly with founders, designers, and customers on high-impact decisions.
• Build with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex, or similar) as part of your daily workflow, and know how to review, test, and harden AI-generated code before it ships.

Nice to Have

• Experience building platform-level systems such as multi-tenant apps, permissions, workflows, and auditability.
• Familiarity with LLMs, agents, and orchestration frameworks in production.
• Strong grasp of frontend performance, accessibility, and design systems.
• DevOps and cloud experience (Docker, CI/CD, AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Background in compliance, legal tech, fintech, or other regulated environments.
