Role Description The Senior Fullstack Developer will work on designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications, from front-end user interfaces to back-end services and databases. Responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code, reviewing code from peers, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing application performance. The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions, as well as contributing to architectural decisions and best practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, where the developer will participate in regular stand-ups, planning sessions, and cross-functional meetings.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience building and maintaining complex web applications.
  • Proficiency in Front-End Development, including HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible user interfaces.
  • Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including server-side frameworks, APIs, and database integration.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
  • Ability to design scalable architectures, write maintainable code, and perform thorough testing and debugging.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to mentor junior developers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with modern frameworks, cloud platforms, and CI/CD practices is an advantage.
