Role Description The Director at BE HAPPY ENTERTAINMENT is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in the Greater Coimbatore Area. This role oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of entertainment projects, ensuring they align with the company’s vision and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and making key creative and operational decisions. The Director collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners, coordinates production activities, and monitors performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. This position also involves mentoring team members, resolving complex challenges, and representing the organization in key meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in entertainment, media, or a related creative industry, with the ability to guide and motivate diverse teams.
• Strong project and production management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Proven ability to make strategic decisions, manage stakeholders, and align initiatives with organizational goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and build professional relationships.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in film, media, entertainment management, business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Familiarity with regional entertainment trends and audiences in the Greater Coimbatore Area is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site and be available for occasional evening or weekend commitments as project needs require.
