We’re looking for a TA Operations, Analytics & AI Specialist to work closely with TA leadership and help build a smarter, automated and AI-enabled Talent Acquisition function.

🎯 What You’ll Do

📊 Analytics & Power BI

• Build live TA dashboards and management MIS.
• Analyse hiring funnel, ageing, source effectiveness, recruiter productivity, offers, joining & vendor performance.
• Convert data into actionable TA insights.

🤖 Automation & AI

• Identify and automate repetitive TA processes.
• Explore AI/GenAI tools & AI accelerators to improve sourcing, screening, analytics, recruiter productivity and candidate experience.
• Drive practical AI use cases to make TA more data-driven and intelligent.

💻 ATS & TA Technology

• Manage ATS enhancements, upgrades, UAT and integrations.
• Coordinate with HRIT, technology teams and vendors.
• Train TA teams on new systems and processes.🤝 TA Operations
• Manage TA data governance, vendor analytics and offer management.
• Prepare leadership presentations and TA reviews.
• Drive process improvements and operational excellence.⭐ What You’ll Bring
• 5–10 years in TA Operations / Recruitment Analytics / TA MIS / HR Analytics / Recruitment Technology.
• Strong TA process knowledge and excellent analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel + hands-on Power BI experience.
• Strong PowerPoint / management presentation skills.
• Experience with ATS platforms.
• Exposure to AI/GenAI, AI accelerators or recruitment automation is highly preferred.
• A mindset of “Can we automate this? Can AI make this better?” 🚀
