Required Skillset:
- 8 to 12 years overall, with at least 3 years managing engineering team of 8+members
- Strong system design: can drive high-level and low-level design, reason through trade-offs (scale, reliability, security, cost) and challenge the team’s technical decisions
- Hands-on background in Python or Java backend and distributed systems
- Working understanding of LLM-based systems (agents, RAG, evals) to guide design choices on Broccoli
- Exposure to cloud deployments (GCP or AWS), CI/CD and production support
- Strong delivery track record on product or platform teams, ideally with BFSI clients
- Experience with hiring, performance reviews and mentoring
- Comfortable working directly with client stakeholders
