The RoleWe are looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant to support the implementation, design, development and maintenance of Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud solutions, including Salesforce Field Service. Working closely with architects and developers, you will design and implement features, resolve issues and support integrations across our client engagements.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced practitioner who combines deep platform knowledge with sound judgement on when to configure and when to customise, and who is comfortable guiding both clients and delivery teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & Build• Design and customise Service Cloud features using declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Formulas, Page Layouts) and custom development (Apex classes and triggers, Lightning Web Components).

• Build high-quality digital experience portals on the Salesforce platform.
• Advise architects on when to use out-of-the-box capabilities and when to customise, applying Salesforce best practices throughout.

Data Cloud & Integration• Lead the integration and ingestion of data from multiple disparate sources into Service Cloud and Data Cloud.

• Apply Data Cloud concepts such as data segmentation, data spaces and data indexing to deliver reliable, usable customer data.

Delivery & Consulting• Lead requirement gathering, solution design reviews and sprint planning with client and delivery teams.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and support end users.
• Support and coach developers, reviewing work and unblocking issues where needed.

What You BringEducation & Experience• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud or associated modules.
• Participation in at least one end-to-end Service Cloud implementation and one Data Cloud implementation.

Technical Skills• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform: Objects, Security Model, Profiles, Permission Sets, Flows, governor limits and storage optimisation.

• Strong knowledge of Data Cloud concepts including data segmentation, data spaces and data indexing.
• Hands-on expertise in Data Cloud and ingestion of data from multiple sources.
• Proficiency with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components and Salesforce CLI in VS Code.
• Strong foundational knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and version control with Git.

Professional Skills• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Good communication and teamwork, with a “let me help” mindset.

Preferred Qualifications• Experience with integrations (REST APIs) and middleware such as Azure Integration Services (iPaaS).

• Familiarity with Agentforce agents.
• Experience with Salesforce Field Service and CRM Analytics.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g. Service Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer).
