Position Summary

As a Consultant - React Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications using ReactJS and related front-end technologies. The role requires hands-on expertise in building scalable and high-performing user interfaces, implementing micro-frontend architecture, and driving frontend engineering best practices.

You will collaborate closely with UX designers, product owners, architects, and backend teams to deliver responsive, accessible, and intuitive digital experiences. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical leadership skills, the ability to influence front-end strategy, and experience mentoring development teams.

Responsibilities

Front-End Development

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using ReactJS and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Create scalable and maintainable solutions using component-driven development.
• Develop applications adhering to coding standards, performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Implement state management solutions and React middleware such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, Redux Thunk, or Redux Saga.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.

Architecture & Design

• Contribute to strategic frontend architecture decisions and technology roadmaps
• Design and implement micro-frontend/microservices-based frontend architectures.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to ensure alignment with organizational standards.
• Drive frontend modernization initiatives and adoption of emerging technologies.

User Experience & Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate designs into high-quality user interfaces.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and sprint planning activities.
• Work with backend development teams to integrate APIs and services efficiently.
• Partner with product teams to deliver business-focused solutions.

Performance & Quality

• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce frontend development standards.
• Develop automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable solutions.

DevOps & CI/CD

• Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation.
• Participate in deployment, monitoring, and production support activities.
• Ensure application availability, reliability, and observability.

Mentorship & Leadership

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to project teams.
• Lead technical discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Promote best practices related to React development, security, and code quality

Education & Experience

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Years of Experience

• 8-12 years of overall IT experience.
• 8+ years of relevant frontend development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ReactJS and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience designing and implementing micro-frontend architecture.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
