Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable application components and backend services using C#, WPF, and .NET.
• Create and review technical designs aligned with architectural principles, design patterns, security practices, and non-functional requirements.
• Integrate applications with data stores and external services through well-defined APIs and reliable service interfaces.
• Lead code reviews, establish coding standards, and provide constructive guidance to improve software quality and consistency.
• Develop and support automated unit and integration tests, investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement durable fixes.Skills Required:
• 8 - 11 years of professional software development experience, including significant hands-on .NET development and experience mentoring engineers.
• Strong hands-on development experience with C#, WPF, and the .NET technology stack.
• Practical experience with Entity Framework and application architecture, object-oriented design, and established design patterns.
• Experience building responsive, maintainable applications and diagnosing issues affecting reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and external services, working with relational data, and supporting automated testing and delivery processes.Good to Have:
• Experience with SQL and relational database queries.Education: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
