Sr. Data Engineer

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Data Engineering, including building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and distributed data systems.
• Proficiency in Data Modeling for analytical, operational, and machine learning workloads.
• Hands-on experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes and tools, focusing on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Experience in Data Warehousing concepts and implementation on modern platforms (e.g., cloud data warehouses).
• Ability to apply Data Analytics principles to support reporting, dashboards, and decision-making.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language commonly used in data engineering (e.g., Python, Scala, or Java).
• Experience with cloud data platforms and services (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data stack tools.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, privacy, and best practices for managing sensitive information.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
