Role Description As a Co-Founder at EmbChips, you will play a core leadership role in building and scaling the company from Noida on-site in a full-time capacity. You will define and refine the business strategy, identify market opportunities in IoT, automotive, industrial automation, and AI-powered embedded systems, and help shape the product and service portfolio. Daily responsibilities include engaging with clients and partners, driving sales and business development, overseeing marketing initiatives, and representing the company at industry events. You will collaborate with technical teams to align research and development with commercial goals, ensuring solutions meet client needs and market demand. The role also involves setting operational priorities, managing key resources, and contributing to a strong, inclusive culture that supports long-term growth.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends, evaluate business opportunities, and support data-driven decisions.
• Effective communication skills, including stakeholder management, presentation abilities, and clear written and verbal expression.
• Proven experience in sales and business development, with the capability to build relationships, negotiate deals, and close opportunities.
• Marketing skills, including brand positioning, go-to-market planning, and leading promotional and outreach activities.
• Research skills to explore new technologies, emerging markets, and competitive landscapes in embedded systems and related domains.
• Background or strong interest in IoT, automotive, industrial automation, or AI-powered embedded systems; technical literacy is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in startups or technology-focused organizations, with a track record of owning outcomes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida and commit to a full-time, high-responsibility founding role.
