Product Manager (Agentic SaaS, 70L, 6+ years)

This role is for one of our partner companies ( Agentic SaaS, Series A $25M )

About the role

• Own integrations, APIs, and reusable platform capabilities for an enterprise SaaS product
• Build secure, reliable, and scalable platform capabilities used across multiple products and customers
• Own the complete product lifecycle from customer discovery and problem definition to launch and iteration
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design
• Report directly to the Head of Product & Design
• Make technical product decisions across APIs, data movement, authentication, security, reliability, and scalability

What you'll own

• Enterprise Integrations: Own integrations with CRM, ERP, HRMS, and other enterprise systems from discovery through launch and iteration
• API Management: Define APIs, authentication, webhooks, data-sync behaviour, and integration experiences around customer needs
• Platform Capabilities: Build reusable foundations that can serve multiple product teams, use cases, and enterprise customers
• Technical Trade-offs: Balance speed of execution with security, reliability, scalability, and flexibility
• Customer Research: Understand how enterprise customers use integrations and platform capabilities and identify underlying needs
• Internal Research: Work with product and engineering teams to understand how shared capabilities are consumed internally
• Product Documentation: Write clear requirements, document decisions, and communicate technical choices across teams
• Continuous Iteration: Track how capabilities perform after launch and improve them based on customer and internal feedback

You'll be a great fit if you have

• Personally owned SaaS integrations and can clearly explain the systems, customer problems, decisions, and outcomes you owned
• Built shared platform capabilities used across multiple products, teams, or enterprise customers
• Strong understanding of APIs, authentication, webhooks, data flows, and system integrations
• Experience making technical product trade-offs around security, reliability, scalability, and delivery speed
• Owned products or capabilities end-to-end — from discovery and research through launch and post-launch iteration
• Ability to turn different customer requests into reusable, scalable platform capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical decisions clearly
• Experience working on enterprise SaaS, ITSM, workflow products, developer platforms, or integration-heavy products
• Comfortable working closely with engineering teams on technically complex product problems
