The Role:

We’re looking for someone who enjoys building things from scratch, solving real-world problems, and taking ownership beyond set KRAs. You’ll work closely with the founding team, get hands-on experience and help turn early-stage ideas into scalable business processes. This is a role that combines strategy with on-ground execution, giving you the opportunity to influence business decisions while making things happen on the ground.

What You'll Do:

• Strategy & Business Growth: Work with the founding team to identify growth opportunities, solve business challenges, and contribute to scaling operations.
• Business Operations: Build processes from scratch, streamline workflows, and create systems that make day-to-day operations more efficient.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, technology, and business teams to solve problems, improve the customer experience, and execute new initiatives.
• Partnerships & Market Expansion: Build relationships with brokers through visits, onboarding, and partnership development.
• Market Research & Special Projects: Gather on-ground insights, understand customer behaviour, identify opportunities, and take ownership of projects that drive business growth.
