About Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior GNSS Sensor Fusion Software Engineer with strong expertise in C++ development, GNSS technologies, Sensor Fusion, and Visual Odometry. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing advanced navigation and positioning solutions by integrating GNSS, sensor data, and visual perception technologies. The role requires deep technical expertise in software engineering, spatial algorithms, 3D graphics, and performance optimization to build scalable, high-performance solutions for next-generation navigation and localization systems.

What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using C++ and Qt/QML.
- Develop advanced GNSS-based positioning and navigation software solutions.
- Design and implement Sensor Fusion algorithms by combining data from GNSS, cameras, IMUs, LiDAR, and other sensors.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of Visual Odometry and localization systems.
- Implement 3D graphics and spatial algorithms to enhance application functionality and visualization capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, design architectures, and deliver innovative features.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
- Optimize software performance, scalability, and reliability across complex systems.
- Design and develop multithreaded applications for real-time processing and high-performance computing requirements.
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution for software applications.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
- Leverage CI/CD pipelines to streamline software development, testing, and deployment activities.
- Support software modernization initiatives and continuous product enhancements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and development artifacts.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and advancements in GNSS, Sensor Fusion, and navigation systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence across the engineering organization.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 8 to 12 years of experience in Software Development, Product Engineering, or Navigation Systems Development.
- Strong programming expertise in C++ with a deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Extensive experience within the GNSS domain, including positioning, navigation, localization, and satellite-based systems.
- Strong hands-on experience designing and implementing Sensor Fusion algorithms.
- Experience integrating GNSS data with IMU, camera, and other sensor inputs for localization and navigation applications.
- Knowledge of Visual Odometry, SLAM, perception systems, and related navigation technologies.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, architectural patterns, and scalable application design.
- Hands-on experience with the Qt Framework and QML for desktop application development.
- Strong knowledge of OpenGL, DirectX, and 3D graphics programming concepts.
- Experience developing spatial algorithms, geometric processing techniques, and visualization applications.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and computational optimization techniques.
- Experience building high-performance, multithreaded, and concurrent applications.
- Expertise in software debugging, troubleshooting, profiling, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, testing frameworks, and deployment processes.
- Proficiency with Git, version control systems, branching strategies, and source code management.
- Experience using project and issue-tracking tools such as JIRA.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and engineering best practices.
- Experience working on large-scale software systems and product engineering initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in agile, cross-functional, and globally distributed teams.
