Manager, Finance & Operations Transformation

About the Role

We are looking for a Manager, Finance & Operations Transformation to lead the redesign of our core finance and operations processes. The role reports to the CFO, Starzen, and works closely with the Head of AI & Transformation. The role-holder will map how processes run today, design the target processes and write business requirements that our product and engineering teams build from. Success is measured by business outcomes: shorter cycle times, less manual effort, fewer errors and stronger controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Map and baseline current processes across AP, AR, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, inventory and fulfilment, working with more than 20 departments
  • Design target processes that simplify before they automate, using AI and automation where they add clear value
  • Own Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) through delivery, and give business sign-off on solution design, build and UAT
  • Make sure solutions stay consistent with the control framework (ICOFR), working with the controls team
  • Work within the Microsoft stack: Dynamics 365 F&O, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and Power Platform
  • Track the benefits delivered after go-live and report monthly to senior finance leadership

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience, including at least 3 years in Finance or Operations and at least 3 years in process redesign, ERP implementation or finance transformation
  • Experience in a Big 4 or consulting finance-transformation practice, or in an equivalent in-house role
  • CA, CPA, ACCA or MBA (Finance/Operations); Lean, Six Sigma or D365 certification is an advantage
  • Hands-on experience with D365 F&O or another tier-1 ERP; working knowledge of the Power Platform, data platforms and APIs
  • Strong executive communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority
