Job Description / Role Profile

Experience & Qualifications

• 15–20 years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in technical leadership and program management.
• Experience handling IFRS17, Finance/Accounting technical team.
• PMP certification is preferred/required.
• Proven experience in Program Management, managing complex and large-scale technology initiatives.
• Strong experience leading and mentoring cross-functional technology teams of 25+ members, including Technical Architects, Technical Managers, Software Engineers, QA/Test Engineers, and Business Analysts.Key Responsibilities & Experience

1. Technical & Program Leadership

• Lead multiple technology programs and ensure successful delivery within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
• Provide technical direction and leadership across development, architecture, testing, and business analysis functions.
• Effectively manage risks, dependencies, priorities, and escalations across concurrent projects.2. Product Development & Product Mindset
• Proven experience in product development and product-oriented delivery.
• Define and maintain product roadmaps, priorities, milestones, and delivery plans.
• Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate business objectives into product and technology outcomes.
• Drive continuous product enhancement based on customer needs and market requirements.3. Client & Stakeholder Management
• Strong experience managing relationships with multiple clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations for clients and senior stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted technology partner and primary escalation point for key accounts.
• Effectively communicate project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and strategic recommendations to senior management.4. Commercial & Pre-Sales Support
• Experience preparing and reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs) for large-scale projects.
• Support solution estimation, resource planning, delivery approach, timelines, assumptions, and commercials.
• Participate in client discussions, solution presentations, and proposal activities.5. Technology Experience
• Hands-on exposure to managing projects involving Java / J2EE.
• Experience with Oracle Database.
• Experience with Power BI / Business Intelligence.
• Ability to understand technology architecture and provide effective technical oversight without necessarily being hands-on in development.6. Domain Experience
• Experience working in Insurance and/or Accounting/Financial domains.
• Ability to understand complex business processes and translate domain requirements into technology and product solutions.Leadership Competencies
