Senior Full-Stack Engineer – AI Product Development

Experience: 4–8 Years | Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Work from Office)

About the Role

We're hiring a Lead Full-Stack Engineer to design, build, and operate AI-powered products end-to-end. You'll own complex features across backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure - combining strong full-stack engineering with a passion for building intelligent, AI-driven applications - while mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Lead design and delivery of end-to-end AI products and platform capabilities
  • Define architecture, coding standards and best practices across backend, frontend and data layers
  • Build scalable, secure backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs
  • Lead data-centric React UIs: dashboards, tables, workflows, audit trails
  • Architect and manage AWS deployments for scale, reliability and cost efficiency
  • Drive observability and CI/CD best practices
  • Mentor engineers, run code reviews, and partner with product & data teams

Must-Have Skills

  • Backend: Node.js with TypeScript (deep expertise); Python preferred
  • API design: auth, RBAC, rate limiting, pagination
  • Distributed systems: event-driven architecture, queues, async processing
  • AWS: EC2/EKS/Lambda, S3, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch
  • Docker, containerized deployments, CI/CD pipelines
  • Frontend: React, state management, performance optimization
  • Data: MongoDB, SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Kafka/RabbitMQ

Good to Have

  • Agentic AI / LLM-based workflows
  • Airflow (or similar) and ETL/ELT concepts
  • Microservices & DDD
  • High-scale, data-intensive environments
