Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for retail and e-commerce use cases.

• Build intelligent chatbots and conversational AI solutions for customer support and business operations.

• Develop AI agents capable of handling tasks, retrieving information, and automating workflows.

• Work with Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI technologies.

• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for knowledge-based chatbots and AI applications.

• Analyze retail data, customer behavior, sales trends, and product information to generate actionable insights.

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deploy AI solutions into production.

• Monitor model performance, improve accuracy, and optimize AI systems for scalability and reliability.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Python and AI/ML frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.

• Experience building chatbots, conversational AI, and AI agents.

• Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.

• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.

• Knowledge of vector databases and embedding models.

• Experience with data processing, model evaluation, and deployment.

• Understanding of SQL and data analysis techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or customer-facing AI solutions.

• Knowledge of recommendation systems, demand forecasting, and customer segmentation.

• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Familiarity with APIs, cloud deployment, and MLOps practices.
