About the RolePRopT Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and talented Full Stack Developers who are passionate about building scalable, modern web applications.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ReactJS, Node.js, NestJS, and PostgreSQL, along with an interest in leveraging AI tools and AI agents to accelerate software development.

We are looking for developers who are eager to learn, take ownership of features, solve problems independently, and work with modern engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop responsive and scalable web applications using ReactJS.
  • Build robust backend services and REST APIs using Node.js and NestJS.
  • Design, develop, and optimize PostgreSQL databases, queries, and schemas.
  • Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
  • Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in application architecture, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
  • Work with Git-based version control and collaborative development workflows.
  • Use AI coding assistants and AI agents to improve development productivity.
  • Understand and work with AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools.
  • Work with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, deployment, and application monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver features within agreed timelines.Required Technical SkillsFrontend
  • Good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with ReactJS.
  • Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern frontend development.Backend
  • Hands-on experience with Node.js.
  • Working knowledge of NestJS.
  • Experience developing RESTful APIs.
  • Understanding of authentication, authorization, and API integrations.Database
  • Good knowledge of PostgreSQL.
  • Understanding of database design, relationships, indexing, and query optimization.AI-Assisted Development & DevOps
  • Familiarity with AI coding assistants and AI agents.
  • Interest in using AI tools for code generation, debugging, testing, and documentation.
  • Basic understanding of Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to cloud deployment (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is an advantage.Good to Have
  • Experience with TypeScript across frontend and backend.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with Redis, message queues, or background processing.
  • Experience with automated testing and API testing tools.
  • Exposure to cloud-native application development.
  • Experience working with AI APIs or integrating LLM-powered features.What We Are Looking For
