Co-founder — Product, Operations & Growth

We’re building a bootstrapped B2B platform for educational institutions, starting with schools. An initial version is live, with deeper testing, product validation and paid-pilot preparation ahead.

We’re looking for a hands-on co-founder who can take ownership of a key business area. Coding experience is not mandatory.

Depending on your strengths, your primary responsibility could be:

• Product research & testing: Evaluate workflows, identify gaps and follow improvements through to completion.
• Pilots & operations: Coordinate school onboarding, training, feedback and adoption.
• Sales & marketing: Drive school outreach, demos, customer acquisition and partnerships.
• Fundraising: Develop funding applications, investor materials and relevant relationships.

You do not need to handle everything. We’ll agree on a focused area you can own.

What we’re looking for

• Consistent weekly availability and a long-term commitment.
• Evidence of executing projects and delivering results.
• Initiative, clear communication and willingness to work through early-stage uncertainty.

Compensation & commitment

There is no salary available initially. This is an equity-based co-founder opportunity, with responsibilities, equity allocation and vesting mutually agreed before an ongoing engagement. Future salary will depend on available funding/revenue and an agreed budget. No financial investment is required.

The founder has been developing and funding the platform personally. The product name and demo will be shared privately with shortlisted candidates.
