Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled React Native Mobile Application Developer to design, develop, test,

deploy, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS. The

ideal candidate should have experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile

applications, integrating backend services, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an

Agile environment.

The candidate should possess strong expertise in React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, mobile

application architecture, API integration, and modern DevOps practices. Depending on

experience, the role may involve solution design, technical leadership, mentoring, and driving

engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly mobile interfaces following UI/UX best practices.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and WebSocket-based communication.
• Implement application state management using Redux Toolkit, Redux, Context API, or

similar frameworks.

• Optimize application performance, startup time, memory usage, and battery

consumption.

• Develop offline-first capabilities using local storage and synchronization techniques.
• Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect,

and biometric authentication.

• Integrate device capabilities such as Camera, GPS, Bluetooth, Push Notifications, Deep

Linking, File Management, and QR/Barcode scanning.

• Work with native Android and iOS modules whenever required.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.

Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure application quality.

• Publish and maintain applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and

DevOps teams.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and code reviews.
• Follow coding standards, security best practices, and software development lifecycle

processes.

• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance where applicable.
• Good exposure in cloud skills Microsoft Azure/Amazon Web Services (AWS)/Google
