Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Creative Thinking : Bring fresh, innovative ideas to create engaging and trending content.

2. Content Strategy : Plan and execute growth strategies for InCraze across YouTube and Instagram.

3. Brand Collaborations : Identify, pitch, and secure brand deals and partnership.

4. Brand Growth : Work closely with the team to build InCraze into a strong and recognizable brand.

5. Ownership & Leadership : Take initiative, make informed decisions, and contribute to the brand's long term vision.
