"Key Responsibilities1. Market Ownership & Leadership

Serve as the single point of accountability for HIS and M360 solutions within the Malaysia market.

Define and drive market technology strategy aligned with business goals.

Manage relationships with IHHT BAs, L2 and L3 Team.

Represent Malaysia market requirements in regional and product governance forums.

Ensure market priorities are communicated effectively to delivery and product teams.

Product & Solution Management

Own and prioritize business requirements, enhancements, Change Requests (CRs), and defect resolutions.

Ensure solutions align with operational workflows and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with product teams to define and validate product roadmaps.

Drive product standardization and productization initiatives across hospitals.

Review and approve functional and technical solution designs.

Project & Delivery Management

Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects.

Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.

Monitor sprint planning, release readiness, and delivery milestones.

Ensure successful deployment of new features and platform upgrades.

Coordinate go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation activities.

Release & Change Governance

Establish and manage release governance processes.

Review deployment plans, rollback strategies, and release readiness checklists.

Ensure proper impact assessment and risk mitigation for all releases.

Coordinate production deployments and stakeholder communication.

Track post-release performance and issue resolution.

Stakeholder Management

Engage with business leaders and key users to understand business challenges and priorities.

Conduct steering committee meetings and executive reviews.

Provide regular status updates to senior management.

Facilitate requirement workshops and solution discussions.

Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve escalations.

Team Leadership

Lead cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, Testers, and Support
