Lead Software Engineer

candidate should have strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React.js, along with a solid understanding of application design, component-based architecture, and modern frontend engineering practices

The role requires hands-on experience in state management, API integration, cloud environments and deployment pipelines with a focus on performance optimization, security, and responsive design.

Design develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js

Build reusable and modular UI components using functional components and hooks

Implement and manage application state using Redux, Context API, or similar libraries

Integrate frontend applications with backend services via RESTful APIs

Handle asynchronous programming using Promises, async await, and modern patterns

Contribute to application design and architecture decisions

Develop and maintain unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library

Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness

Implement responsive and cross-browser compatible UI

Work on micro frontend architecture where applicable

Ensure adherence to application security best practices

Participate in CI/CD pipelines, build, and deployment processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend, DevOps, and UX designers

Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews

5–7 years of experience in frontend development with strong focus on React.js

React Hooks and functional components

Component-based architecture

Hands-on experience with state management (Redux, Context API, or similar)

Experience with API integration and asynchronous programming

Strong experience in unit testing Jest React Testing Library

Familiarity with Git/version control systems

Experience in responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility

Experience with at least one cloud platform AWS, Azure, or GCP

Understanding of CICD pipelines Jenkins GitHub Actions Azure DevOps etc

Exposure to micro frontend architecture

Knowledge of performance optimization techniques lazy loading, memoization code splitting

Understanding of application security basics XSS, CSRF, secure coding practices

Experience with containerization tools like Docker optional

Familiarity with modern build tools Webpack Vite
