Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Consultant role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The Business Consultant will work directly with client organizations to assess current operations, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend data-driven solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting analyses of business processes and financial performance, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting the design and implementation of strategic initiatives. The role involves facilitating client meetings, gathering requirements, documenting findings, and collaborating with internal and client teams to ensure successful project delivery. The Business Consultant will also contribute to project planning, monitor key performance indicators, and help maintain long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, interpret trends, and support evidence-based recommendations.
• Candidates should possess Consulting and Management Consulting skills to structure engagements, manage stakeholders, and deliver practical solutions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present insights, prepare clear documentation, and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills to analyze financial statements, budgets, and business performance metrics.
• Relevant experience in business analysis, strategy, or operations improvement is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Ahmedabad Area and manage multiple projects with attention to detail is required.
• Proficiency in productivity and data tools (such as Excel, PowerPoint, and basic analytics software) is an advantage.
