LearnRush is an AI-powered learning platform helping enterprises create, deliver, and measure learning. We’re looking for a hands-on developer who can build responsive web applications, reliable backend services, and mobile applications for Android and iOS.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain web applications using React.js.

• Develop backend services and REST APIs using Node.js.

• Build and release Android and iOS applications using React Native.

• Own features across the frontend, backend, database, and mobile application.

• Integrate AI capabilities, third-party services, authentication, and enterprise systems.

• Deliver consistent experiences across web and mobile, including notifications, media playback, and learning progress.

• Improve application performance, reliability, security, and usability.

• Write maintainable code, review pull requests, and test critical user journeys.

• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve their underlying causes.

• Work closely with product managers and designers to turn requirements into working features.

Who we’re looking for

• Mandatory education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline from any Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) or National Institute of Technology (NIT).

• Ideally 3–6 years of software development experience, with practical experience across React.js, Node.js, and React Native.

• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills.

• Experience with React hooks, state management, responsive interfaces, and reusable components.

• Experience building Node.js services using Express.js or a comparable framework.

• Hands-on React Native experience, including navigation, API integration, and platform-specific debugging.

• Working knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases, data modelling, and query optimisation.

• Understanding of authentication, role-based access, API security, and secure handling of user data.

• Familiarity with Git, code reviews, automated testing, and deployment workflows.

• Ability to investigate problems independently and take features through to release.

• Clear communication and strong ownership.

Good to have

• Experience publishing and maintaining applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

• Familiarity with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and application monitoring.

• Experience with push notifications, offline access, file uploads, and video or audio playback.

• Experience integrating LLM APIs and building AI-powered features.

• Exposure to enterprise SaaS, LMS platforms, or learning technology.
