Evaluate and improve platform performance, reliability and cross-browser compatibility
Work with the backend team on integrations that give consistent, real-time data exchange
Turn UI/UX designs into polished, production-quality web interfaces
Set testing standards using Sitecore-focused tools
Bring in current Sitecore and web development practices
Mentor and train junior developers
Mandatory requirements (all must be met)
Hands-on C# and/or .NET development as your sole responsibility in the last 3 years (not a predominantly managerial or architectural role)
At least 5 years of hands-on Sitecore development, backed by a portfolio of web platforms
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Sitecore 10 XP, including containers, analytics and marketing forms
At least 2 Sitecore migration or version-upgrade projects
Experience in a public transport context on at least one past assignment
Experience in an e-commerce context on at least one past assignment
English at native or C level, spoken and written
Willing to be on call 24/7 for production incidents
Able to join by 1 January 2027
