1. Deep working Knowledge of Azure Databricks

2. Stakeholder management skills and/or exposure to stakeholder management

3. Great with SQL, theoretical working implementation of advanced spark

4. Exposure to understanding end-end product lifecycle quickly as a part of knowledge transition will be a very valuable skill

3. Implementation knowledge of overall ETL/ELT with different types of source systems and format

3. Superior debugging skills
