Full Stack Developer

Join Data Eminence as a remote Full Stack Developer and contribute to building modern, scalable, and user-friendly web applications across both frontend and backend systems. You will work on complete application features, from responsive user interfaces and API integrations to server-side logic, databases, authentication, and deployment.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the full development stack and enjoys solving problems from both the user and technical perspectives. This role provides hands-on experience with modern web technologies, software architecture, APIs, databases, testing, version control, and production deployments.

At Data Eminence, we build practical digital solutions that combine intuitive user experiences with reliable backend systems. As a Full Stack Developer, you will work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to design, develop, test, and maintain complete web applications.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications.
• Build reusable frontend components using modern frameworks such as React and Next.js.
• Develop server-side functionality, APIs, and business logic.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs between frontend and backend systems.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to store and manage application data.
• Design database schemas and implement efficient queries.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and user-management functionality.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
• Develop forms, validation, CRUD functionality, dashboards, and application workflows.
• Ensure applications work effectively across different browsers and devices.
• Debug frontend, backend, API, and database-related issues.
• Write unit and integration tests where required.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, and reliability.
• Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
• Participate in code reviews and follow clean-code and development best practices.
• Assist with application deployment and production troubleshooting.
• Maintain technical documentation for features, APIs, and development workflows.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to convert requirements into working features.

This is a hands-on role where you will work across the complete application stack, build production-oriented features, solve technical challenges, optimize existing systems, and develop a strong understanding of modern full-stack development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in full-stack development or relevant projects.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Familiarity with React and Next.js.
• Understanding of Node.js and backend development.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and HTTP methods.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases is a plus.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and application security basics.
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
• Knowledge of Prisma or another ORM is a plus.
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and component libraries such as shadcn/ui is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of API testing using tools such as Postman.
• Familiarity with Docker and cloud deployment is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
