About the Role

The .NET Full Stack Developer role will report to the Application Development Manager and will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. This position will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and product owners to deliver scalable, high-performance applications while supporting digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET Core/.NET Framework.
• Develop RESTful APIs and Microservices using ASP.NET Core and related technologies.
• Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using Angular and/or React.
• Design and optimize SQL Server or Oracle database objects, including tables, views, stored procedures, and functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver business functionality.
• Participate in application architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
• Develop reusable components and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement production fixes.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers when required.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to improve deployment efficiency.
• Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and performance.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 5-9 years of experience in .NET Full Stack Development.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Web APIs.
• Experience in Full Stack Development using Angular and/or React.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with SQL Server and/or Oracle database development.
• Experience building REST APIs and Microservices.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Acts with a sense of urgency and demonstrates strong attention to detail.
