Role Description This is a full-time, on-site WordPress Developer role based in Guntur. The WordPress Developer will build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, including themes, plugins, and integrations that support client business objectives. Daily responsibilities include developing and optimizing front-end layouts, implementing responsive and accessible designs, and handling back-end configurations such as custom post types, taxonomies, and API integrations. The role involves troubleshooting issues, improving website performance and security, and collaborating with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality web solutions. The WordPress Developer will also assist with updates, migrations, and documentation to ensure stable, maintainable code and smooth project handovers.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Web Development skills, including experience working with WordPress core, themes, and plugins.
Candidates should possess Front-End Development and Web Design skills, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and implementing accessible user interfaces.
Candidates should possess Responsive Web Design skills, ensuring websites render effectively across devices, screen sizes, and browsers.
Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, including PHP, MySQL, and familiarity with REST APIs and server-side optimization.
Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and modern development workflows is beneficial.
Understanding of SEO best practices, website performance optimization, and security hardening for WordPress sites is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Salary - 2.5 lac to 3 lacs per annum
