Infor LN Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Infor LN Developer with strong technical expertise in development, customization, and integration of Infor LN ERP systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in migration from Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 to Infor LN, supporting data migration, customization, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize solutions in Infor LN (Tools, 4GL, DAL, Extensions)
• Support AX 2009 to Infor LN migration activities, including development and data handling
• Work on data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
• Translate functional specifications into technical designs and code
• Develop and maintain interfaces, APIs, and integrations (Infor ION, web services)
• Support module enhancements and bug fixes
• Participate in data migration, validation, and reconciliation
• Assist in system testing, UAT, and deployment activities
• Collaborate with functional consultants and architects
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and documentation

Technical Expertise

Strong hands-on experience in:

• Infor LN Tools / 4GL / DAL scripting
• Extensions and customizationsExperience with:
• Infor ION, APIs, Web Services
• Database: Oracle / SQL Server
• Knowledge of report development and forms customizationMigration Expertise (AX 2009 Infor LN)
• Hands-on experience in AX 2009 to Infor LN migration projectsStrong knowledge of:
• Data extraction from AX 2009
• Data transformation and mapping to Infor LN schemaExperience in:
• ETL processes and migration scripts development
• Customization migration / redevelopmentSupport in:
• Data validation, reconciliation, and issue fixing post-migration
• Understanding of AX 2009 data structures and modulesIntegration Skills

Develop and support integrations using:

• Infor ION
• REST/SOAP APIs
• Middleware tools
• Experience integrating LN with legacy or third-party systems

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in Infor LN implementation or upgrade projects

Exposure to cloud environments (AWS / Azure / Infor OS)

Experience in manufacturing or distribution domain

Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX (2009/2012)
