Data Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyze data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, identifying trends, creating reports, and providing actionable insights to improve business performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Work closely with management and business teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis based on business requirements.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis.Required Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Charts).
• Basic understanding of SQL and databases.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Educational Qualification
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Commerce, or a related field.
• Freshers with relevant projects, certifications, or internship experience may apply.
