Position Overview:

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex backend systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions and drive the technical direction of our projects. Your experience and expertise will be vital in ensuring the performance, scalability, and reliability of our applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Develop: Architect, design, and implement high-performance Java/ Go based backend services and applications.
Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers,promoting best practices and fostering a collaborative environment.
Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions.
Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability issues.
Testing: Implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit tests,integration tests, and end-to-end tests.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest industry trends,technologies, and best practices in Java/Golang development, and continuously improve our development processes.

Mandatory Technical Skills

✅ Java/ Go ,Spring Boot, Spring Cloud and/or Golang

✅ Microservices Architecture & REST API Development

✅ Distributed Systems & Event-Driven Architecture

✅ Kafka / Messaging Platforms

✅ SQL & NoSQL Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB)

✅ Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

✅ Docker, Kubernetes, Containerization

✅ CI/CD Pipelines, Git, DevOps Automation

✅ System Design, Scalability & Performance Engineering

✅ API Security, OAuth, JWT, Authentication & Authorization

Ideal Candidate

4+ years of backend engineering experience.
Currently hands-on with coding and architecture.
Proven experience leading technical initiatives without moving away from development.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to influence architecture and engineering decisions.
