The successful candidate will own client outcomes, delivery performance, financial health, service quality, people leadership and continuous improvement across a large engagement or a portfolio of engagements.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex or multiple Insurance engagements across implementation, transformation, application maintenance and support, enhancements, integration, testing, release and production operations.
- Provide executive governance across scope, schedule, quality, SLAs, risks, dependencies and benefits, with clear accountability for committed client outcomes.
- Lead geographically distributed, multidisciplinary teams across onshore, nearshore and offshore locations, including service managers, architects, functional consultants, engineering, testing, DevOps and service management teams.
- Build trusted relationships with client executives, business leaders, technology stakeholders, product owners and third-party partners, and act as the senior escalation point for delivery and service matters.
- Establish and run governance forums, steering committees, service reviews and executive reporting with fact-based insights, decisions and actions.
- Drive predictable delivery through integrated planning, demand and capacity management, dependency management, release readiness, quality gates and disciplined change control.
- Own performance against contractual service levels and experience measures; lead recovery plans where performance is at risk and ensure transparent reporting of trends and corrective actions.
- Oversee major incident response, problem management, root-cause analysis, change and release management, service transition, knowledge management and operational resilience.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL-aligned processes, client controls, security requirements, regulatory obligations, audit expectations and delivery standards.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, shift-left, observability, engineering excellence and AI-enabled operations to improve reliability, responsiveness and cost efficiency.
- Support solutioning, estimation, proposal development, transition planning and mobilization for new opportunities and scope expansion.
- Develop leadership capability and succession across the account; coach managers and senior team members, manage performance, improve retention and build a strong delivery culture.
