Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML and CSS. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end application development, including analysis, design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.

The role requires experience in developing cloud-native applications using microservices and containerization technologies such as Docker, along with a good understanding of software development methodologies, system design, and architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Work across the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirement analysis through development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain scalable enterprise applications.
• Develop robust backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and support end-to-end application workflows.
• Contribute to microservices-based and cloud-native application development.
• Work with containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Participate in system design, technical analysis, and application architecture discussions.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide effective technical solutions.
• Follow established development methodologies, tools, coding standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically diverse teams.
• Communicate technical information clearly with business and technical stakeholders.
• Manage priorities and deliver assigned work within agreed timelines.Mandatory Skills
• 7–12 years of overall software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience in Core Java
• Strong experience with Spring Boot
• Strong frontend development experience with ReactJS
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with REST APIs
• Experience with Microservices architecture
• Hands-on exposure to Docker / containerization
• Good understanding of SDLC
• Knowledge of system design and application architecture
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• Experience developing cloud-native applications
• Exposure to public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
