Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Scala Developer with strong hands-on development expertise in Scala. The candidate should have solid programming fundamentals and experience developing, enhancing, and maintaining applications using Scala.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Scala.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and efficient Scala code.
• Translate business and technical requirements into robust software solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate fixes.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and application enhancements.
• Work closely with technical and functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Follow software engineering best practices for code quality, maintainability, and reliability.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Scala
• Good understanding of object-oriented and functional programming concepts.
• Strong programming, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building and maintaining production-grade software applications.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and engineering practices.

Candidate Profile

• 4–8 years of relevant IT/software development experience.
• Significant hands-on development experience with Scala.
• Able to independently understand requirements and contribute to application development.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
