Role Description The Management Information System Executive role at BKT CORP is a full-time, on-site position based in Kathara. The role involves preparing, maintaining, and analyzing regular MIS reports and dashboards for management, ensuring data accuracy and timely distribution. The executive will collect and validate data from various departments, manage information systems, and support the design and improvement of reporting formats. Responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators, highlighting variances or trends, and providing insights to support decision-making. The role also requires close coordination with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues, streamline reporting processes, and support ongoing system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and experience in MIS Reporting.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and management.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel), data visualization, and basic database concepts is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work accurately with large data sets, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality of information.
• Prior experience in MIS or reporting roles in an operations or corporate environment is an advantage.
