We are looking for a Global Process Excellence Expert / Data Analyst RTR who can support global Finance Operations by driving process excellence, improving system efficiency, enhancing controls, and enabling continuous improvement across Record-to-Report (R2R) processes. This role will work closely with Global Process Improvement teams, Regional Accounting Centers, and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen financial processes, ensure data integrity, and support digital transformation initiatives.
In your future role as Global Process Excellence Expert / Data Analyst RTR, you will:
- Support Month-End Closing activities from a systems perspective to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Monitor and improve financial systems, including SAP, AICO, ServiceNow, and RPA solutions, to maintain data integrity and operational effectiveness.
- Assist in maintaining and optimizing Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations and Chart of Accounts structures.
- Support the integration and application of company accounting principles within systems and operational processes.
- Analyze financial data, identify exceptions and outliers, and assist in resolving discrepancies.
- Provide system-related support and troubleshooting for Accounting, Reporting, and Consolidation teams.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, standardization, and compliance.
- Support internal and external audits by providing analyses, documentation, and system-related information.
- Assist in the maintenance, enhancement, and governance of RPA solutions supporting R2R processes.
- Identify automation opportunities and process harmonization improvements through data analysis.
- Support the enhancement and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions used for Intercompany Invoicing and Manual Journal Entry processes.
- Maintain process templates, procedures, and supporting documentation within Finance Operations.
- Analyze KPI dashboards and collaborate with Regional Accounting Centers to improve operational performance.
- Maintain Global Process Descriptions (GPDs) and support standardization across R2R processes.
- Support the execution and documentation of SOX key controls and compliance activities.
- Review local and regional control execution to ensure adherence to governance and documentation standards.
- Collaborate closely with Controlling, MDM, ISC, IM, and other business functions to support business objectives.
- Promote knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous improvement across the global Finance organization.
- Support the implementation of LEAN methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives across Finance Operations.
Great if you have
- Strong understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes and global accounting operations.
- Experience working with SAP and other finance technologies such as AICO, ServiceNow, RPA, and AI-driven solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience in data analysis and process optimization.
- Knowledge of internal controls, SOX compliance requirements, and audit support activities.
- Experience developing and maintaining process documentation, KPI frameworks, and operational reporting.
- Understanding of automation and digital transformation initiatives within Finance.
- Ability to work effectively with global teams and stakeholders across different regions and cultures.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

We believe you bring
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 5-8 years of experience in Record-to-Report (R2R), Finance Operations, Process Excellence, or related finance functions.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and financial reporting systems.
- Experience supporting process improvement, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of financial controls, governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Good to know
This is a permanent full-time position based in Mumbai, India, supporting global Finance Operations and Record-to-Report processes. Occasional international travel may be required to support projects, stakeholders, and continuous improvement initiatives.
