Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Java Fullstack development and demonstrate expertise in integrating agentic AI capabilities into software solutions. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, leadership skills, and a passion for innovation in the field of artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Design, develop, and implement robust Java Fullstack applications with a focus on scalability and performance.
Integrate agentic AI functionalities into existing and new applications, ensuring seamless user experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance code quality and maintainability.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Java development and AI integration.
Participate in project planning and estimation, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills

Proficiency in Java Fullstack development, including frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
