About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in Intelligent Automation, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and AI-powered transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing enterprise automation portfolios, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable business outcomes through scalable automation and AI solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving automation strategy, overseeing RPA implementations, managing AI-led transformation programs, and ensuring alignment between technology initiatives and business objectives. You will collaborate closely with business leaders, architects, automation developers, and stakeholders to accelerate digital transformation and maximize operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage enterprise automation portfolios, ensuring successful delivery of automation and AI initiatives.
• Define program roadmaps, project plans, delivery schedules, and governance frameworks for automation programs.
• Drive implementation of Robotic Process Automation solutions using UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, and Automation Anywhere.
• Lead AI-powered transformation initiatives involving Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement automation opportunities.
• Manage cross-functional teams including business analysts, solution architects, automation developers, AI engineers, and QA teams.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks for AI and automation initiatives, ensuring compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Define automation success metrics and measure realized business value from automation programs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase automation adoption, operational efficiency, and return on investment.
• Facilitate executive reviews, governance meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder communication sessions.
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives across automation and AI programs.
• Provide leadership in automation architecture discussions and enterprise integration strategies.
• Ensure successful transition of automation solutions into production support and operational environments.
• Prepare dashboards, portfolio reports, value realization reports, and executive presentations.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 8 to 12 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Intelligent Automation, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Proven expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms including UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, and Automation Anywhere.
• Strong understanding of Intelligent Automation frameworks, methodologies, and enterprise automation operating models.
• Experience managing large-scale automation portfolios and transformation programs.
• Demonstrated success driving AI-led transformation initiatives across enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities.
• Experience leading geographically distributed and hybrid teams.
• Deep understanding of project governance, delivery management, budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
• Experience building business cases, ROI models, and automation value realization frameworks.
• Strong understanding of enterprise process optimization and workflow automation.
• Ability to align automation initiatives with business strategy and organizational goals.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
• Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change.
