Role Description The Associate role at Almondz is a full-time, on-site position based in South Delhi. The Associate will support senior team members across advisory and financial services verticals through research, data analysis, documentation, and preparation of reports, presentations, and client deliverables. Typical responsibilities include assisting in transaction and business transformation projects, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and helping monitor key risk and performance indicators. The role also involves maintaining organized project records, contributing to process improvements, and ensuring adherence to the company’s ethical and compliance standards. Associates are expected to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and demonstrate a proactive, detail-oriented approach to daily tasks.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical, research, and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data and prepare clear insights.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort with using business or financial software tools.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft reports, presentations, and professional correspondence.
  • Organizational and time-management capabilities, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, build professional relationships, and interact with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner.
  • Understanding or interest in domains such as financial services, advisory, infrastructure, risk, or valuation is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, commerce, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CA, CFA, MBA) is an advantage.
