NextDimension is seeking a passionate and experienced Staff/Lead Engineer to join our core mission. We are a team of distinguished AI/ML Scientists and Engineers from Google, Amazon, and Snowflake, dedicated to building the next generation of AI Agents that empower healthcare practices in the US. As part of this team, you will collaborate with talented engineers to deliver highly scalable backend services for our world-class, AI-powered platform.
What You Bring (Key Qualifications) ✨
- Experienced Software Engineer: You have 5+ years of strong software engineering skills in backend development, with professional, real-world experience building and maintaining complex, data-intensive applications at scale.
- Expert-level Python skills and experience SQL.
- Experience working with customers/cross-functional stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience building and deploying production systems at scale.
- Cloud & DevOps Native: Familiarity and hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and a major cloud platform (GCP highly preferred). You have experience deploying services in cloud environments.
