We are seeking an accomplished, visionary Program Manager (15+ Years of Experience) to spearhead large-scale, multi-million-dollar global digital transformation programs across our Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, and Food & Beverage (F&B) accounts.

In this strategic leadership role, you will orchestrate complex, cross-functional programs spanning packaging specification management, recipe development & formulation, intelligent supply chains, direct-to-consumer (D2C) platforms, digital farm-to-fork traceability, trade promotion optimization, and enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). You will serve as the trusted advisor to C-suite and VP-level client stakeholders, bridging domain business strategies with world-class technology delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Program Delivery: Direct end-to-end global delivery of multi-stream programs ($10M+ to $30M+), managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and cross-functional teams of 60–120+ professionals.
Recipe & Packaging Leadership: Drive transformation programs across recipe formulation, ingredient/allergen tracking, lab-to-plant scale-up, packaging BOMs, sustainable material transitions, and artwork management.
Enterprise Technology: Architect delivery roadmaps across leading PLM and ERP platforms (SAP Recipe Development, Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill/FlexPLM, Oracle Agile PLM).
Client Advisory: Partner directly with VP and C-level client executives to translate business priorities into technology execution.
Commercial Governance: Manage program P&L, contract SOWs, milestones, and margin performance.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: 15+ years in IT consulting and program management, with at least 7–10 years dedicated to CPG, Retail, or Food & Beverage domains.
Domain Mastery: Hands-on program experience in Recipe Formulation, Packaging Specification Management, or Food & Beverage PLM.
Methodologies & Certifications: PMP or PgMP required; SAFe Agilist / Scrum certification preferred.
Education: B.Tech / B.E. required; MBA from a premier institute strongly preferred.
