Co-Founder
Company Description RxGPT is a healthcare-focused AI company that builds automation agents to run core hospital operations such as admissions, billing, discharge planning, and lab orders around the clock. The platform helps healthcare teams reclaim time by reducing routine administrative work, speeding up billing cycles, and freeing clinicians to focus on patient care. RxGPT is purpose-built for hospitals and clinics, designed for clinicians rather than engineers, and integrates with existing systems across voice, WhatsApp, and other channels. The solution is HIPAA-ready, offers enterprise-grade security with audit trails, and scales from single clinics to large hospital chains. RxGPT HealthAI is trusted by hospital networks across the US, UK, UAE, and India.
Role Description The Co-Founder will lead and shape RxGPT’s strategic direction, working closely with the founding team to build and scale an AI-driven healthcare operations platform. This full-time remote role involves driving product strategy, validating market needs with hospital stakeholders, and translating insights into actionable roadmaps. The Co-Founder will engage directly with health systems and clinic leadership, build relationships, and support sales efforts from discovery through deployment. Day-to-day responsibilities include refining the go-to-market strategy, overseeing key partnerships, guiding data-driven decision making, and helping establish operational processes for a fast-growing startup. The role also includes representing the company externally, supporting fundraising activities, and building a high-performing, inclusive culture.
