Role OverviewArtec Solutions is looking for a MuleSoft Developer / Integration Engineer with 4–7 years of hands-on experience in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, enterprise integration and iPaaS solutions, with strong exposure to Amazon Connect integrations.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing scalable integration solutions connecting Amazon Connect and other contact-center technologies with CRM, enterprise applications, databases and cloud services.

The role requires strong hands-on MuleSoft development expertise combined with an understanding of AWS and Amazon Connect integration patterns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Develop Mule 4 applications, APIs and integration workflows using Anypoint Studio and DataWeave.
• Build integrations between Amazon Connect and enterprise applications such as CRM, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP and custom applications.
• Develop REST/SOAP APIs and reusable integration services using API-led connectivity.
• Integrate Amazon Connect with backend systems to enable customer data retrieval, case creation, customer authentication and contact-center workflows.
• Work with Amazon Connect APIs, AWS services and event-driven integration patterns.
• Build and manage integrations using MuleSoft as the iPaaS / enterprise integration layer.
• Develop System APIs, Process APIs and Experience APIs based on business and integration requirements.
• Implement data transformation and mapping using DataWeave 2.0.
• Configure and manage APIs through Anypoint API Manager and Runtime Manager.
• Deploy and monitor MuleSoft applications on CloudHub / Runtime Manager.
• Implement authentication, authorization and API security using OAuth 2.0, JWT, TLS/SSL and AWS IAM.
• Implement error handling, logging, retry mechanisms and exception management.
• Troubleshoot integration issues across MuleSoft, Amazon Connect, AWS and downstream enterprise systems.
• Participate in unit testing, integration testing, deployment and production support.
• Work with architects, business teams and client stakeholders to translate integration requirements into technical solutions.
• Follow CI/CD, version control and DevOps practices for integration deployments.Required Technical SkillsMuleSoft / iPaaS

• REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, HTTP/HTTPS
• RAML / OpenAPI

• Understanding of Amazon Connect APIs and contact-center integration architecture
• Experience with relevant AWS services such as:

• Understanding of event-driven and serverless integration architectures
• Experience integrating Amazon Connect with CRM, customer-data or case-management platforms is highly desirablePreferred Experience
• MuleSoft Certified Developer certification
• Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP or other enterprise applications
• Experience with contact-center technologies and CCaaS platforms
• Exposure to Amazon Connect Contact Flows and contact-center APIs
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ or other messaging platforms
• AWS certification is an advantage
• Experience working on large enterprise integration / transformation programsIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate should be a hands-on integration engineer who understands both MuleSoft/iPaaS architecture and Amazon Connect integration. The candidate should be comfortable working across MuleSoft, AWS, APIs, enterprise applications and contact-center technologies.

Strong communication, troubleshooting and client-facing skills are important, as the role will involve collaboration with technical teams, architects and business stakeholders.
