Required Technical Skills

Core Java (Mandatory)

• Strong expertise in Java and Object-Oriented Programming principles.
• Solid understanding of Java internals, JVM concepts, exception handling, and performance optimization.Multithreading & DSA (Mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with concurrency, synchronization, thread pools, and concurrent collections.
• Strong command of data structures and algorithms.Collections & Memory Management (Mandatory)
• Deep understanding of Java Collections Framework.
• Knowledge of JVM memory management, garbage collection, heap analysis, and performance tuning.System Design Basics (Mandatory)
• Understanding of scalable system design principles.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, design patterns, caching, messaging systems, and distributed systems concepts.SQL Depth (Mandatory)
• Strong SQL expertise including query optimization, indexing, joins, stored procedures, and database performance tuning.
• Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.Communication Skills (Mandatory)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.Good to Have

DevOps & CI/CD

• Experience with CI/CD tools and automation pipelines.
• Exposure to Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes, or related DevOps technologies.Generative AI (GenAI)
• Knowledge of Generative AI concepts and applications.
• Experience working with LLMs, AI-powered solutions, prompt engineering, RAG frameworks, or AI integrations will be an advantage.Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system design decisions.
• Optimize application performance, memory utilization, and database interactions.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Ensure high standards of software quality, reliability, and security.Preferred Profile
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Passion for coding challenges and continuous learning.
• Experience in enterprise-scale systems and high-volume transaction processing environments
