The RoleWe’re looking for a Web Designer & Developer who can design and build modern, high-performing websites and landing pages with a strong focus on conversion, speed and user experience.

You will work closely with our Revenue Analyst and Growth Specialist to turn identified website problems into actual improvements.

This is not a role focused purely on aesthetics.

You should be able to think:

How will this design help the user take the next step and ultimately create revenue?

What You’ll Do

• Design and build responsive websites and landing pages.
• Create clean, conversion-focused UI/UX.
• Translate business and growth requirements into designs and working experiences.
• Build production-ready front-end interfaces.
• Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness and usability.
• Implement CRO recommendations and improve conversion flows.
• Work with Figma or similar design/prototyping tools.
• Implement basic SEO and technical best practices.
• Troubleshoot design, layout and performance issues.
• Test websites across devices and browsers.
• Work with the Growth/SEO team on experiments and improvements.
• Maintain design consistency and brand guidelines.
• Iterate based on analytics, user behavior and performance data.Skills We’re Looking ForDesign
• Strong UI/UX and responsive web design skills.
• Ability to create modern, clean interfaces.
• Strong understanding of typography, spacing, hierarchy and visual design.
• Figma or equivalent experience.Development
• Strong HTML/CSS skills.
• JavaScript and/or modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience building production websites.
• Git/version-control familiarity.
• Understanding of responsive development.Optimization
• Website performance optimization.
• Conversion-focused design.
• Basic SEO implementation.
• Understanding of analytics and user behavior.
• Familiarity with A/B testing is a plus.Mindset
• Strong attention to detail.
