A Series B, multi-brand D2C health and wellness startup with ~$77M raised and projected FY25 revenue of ₹700–750 Cr. The company is building AI agents to automate workflows across Supply Chain, New Product Development, Finance and Category.

The Role

  • We are looking for a Member of Technical Staff to build AI-driven agents that automate real business workflows, in partnership with a PM and functional teams.
  • You will work on 0-to-1 projects, taking agents from workflow discovery to launch and ongoing reliability.Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand workflows with the PM and current team members.
  • Build agents and integrate them with data, tools and business systems.
  • Test real scenarios, fix failures and ensure human oversight when needed.
  • Launch agents, maintain reliability and improve their performance.What We're Looking For
  • 5–8 years in B2B SaaS engineering, or 3–5 years in AI/ML engineering.
  • Hands-on experience building applications with LLMs, AI agents or agentic workflows.
  • Strong experience with Python or TypeScript, APIs, databases and backend integrations.
  • Built, deployed and maintained production applications.
  • Integrated LLMs with external tools, business systems or APIs to automate workflows.Must Haves:
  • Built AI or SaaS products from scratch in startups.
  • Automated Supply Chain, NPD, Finance, Category or other enterprise operations.Tech Stack:
