Impact Manager (Bangalore)

Inside The Box
Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Company Description Inside The Box (ITB) is an F&B consultancy and 360° growth engine focused on India’s restaurant ecosystem, including QSR, café, casual dining, and cloud kitchen brands. ITB partners closely with restaurant operators to identify what drives performance and what quietly erodes profitability, providing a single embedded view across channels and metrics. Rather than offering generic playbooks, ITB integrates directly into the client’s business, running funnels, discount strategies, ad spend, and menus through a weekly governance loop led by a dedicated Impact Manager. The firm uses a structured four-phase approach—Understand, Diagnose, Execute, and Scale—to improve menu performance, digital hygiene, retention, and return on ad spend. ITB works with different growth archetypes (Starters, Scalers, and Fixers), applying the same analytical lens while tailoring levers to each brand’s stage and ambition.

Day-to-day tasks include designing and executing menu fixes, optimizing ad campaigns and bidding strategies, improving page hygiene, setting SOPs, creating DOTD and promotional calendars, and driving weekly governance loops with client stakeholders. The Impact Manager will also support outlet rollout plans, festival and campaign boosters, and long-term investment and growth strategies, ensuring targets are met and learnings are documented and shared.
