We're Hiring | Applied AI Research Engineer – LLMs & Agentic Systems

At HUMANITI AI, we're looking for an Applied AI Research Engineer who is passionate about building, experimenting with, and improving real-world AI systems.

If you enjoy working beyond basic LLM integrations and want to explore how AI can become more accurate, efficient, reliable, and scalable, we'd like to hear from you.

What you'll work on:

• Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG and agentic AI systems
• Model fine-tuning, evaluation and benchmarking
• Open-source LLMs and private AI deployments
• LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face and related frameworks
• AI experimentation and inference optimisation

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of relevant experience or a strong AI research background
• Strong Python and machine learning fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG or agentic systems
• A research-driven mindset with a focus on practical applications

Location: Kochi, Kerala (On-Site)

Employment: Full-time

Compensation: ₹10.8–16.8 LPA
